100 years of cooking experience; recipes from all over the world ... Carmen's (Our cook in Spain) Paella recipe; Chinese Turkey Salad; Classic American Pot Roast; Cold Satin Pea Soup; Italian Zucchini; An Orange Trifle to die for; Greek Lamb & Artichoke Hearts; Moonburgers. Some simple and quick, others complicated and will take all day (but well worth the effort).
In addition to the recipes with step by step instructions, we will be reviewing products that we use every day, including Vitamix, FoodSaver, NuWave Oven, and others. Along with the reviews will be favorite recipes and tips on using the products.
Welcome to the blogging world. Good luck and good cooking.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to reading more. What are Moonburgers?
ReplyDeleteLarry and Elizabeth, I love your blog! Keep up the good work! Alice
ReplyDeleteBeautiful site! I love the recipes and the way you've presented them. I'll have to figure out where I can get an organic whole chicken though. It'll be quicker than waiting for a free range one to show up at my door. :) Thanks for the hard work and sharing this with me.
ReplyDeleteJust a note to say thank you for mentioning Penzeys Spices. A few months ago I was watching one of my favorite shows "America's Test Kitchen" on PBS, and they were having a taste test on Cinnamon from multiple brands. The recommendation from Penzeys was very high and I had completely forgotten about it. My house is full of stuff from McCormick (who came in dead last) and it kinda ticked me off that we may have been using sub-par spices in our cooking. Anyway, thanks again. They have a location in Overland Park and we'll be stopping by the next time we head up there in a few weeks.
